1I believe all the 4 cyls I drove were ULEV. My dealer will let you order a ULEV when you buy new, and they even have some on their lot most of the time. However, the Accord is a really clean burning car I'm almost positive.
The whole Hybrid thing is great, but Honda does'nt make a Hybrid that I can afford and fit in comfortably. And if I hav to buy one used, and the battery pack on Civics last about 80-90k (from the literature that comes with the cars) I'd be replacing them not to far down the road. Right now I need a car I'll be able to take care of cost wise by myself, (I work at Target) and it should be something I really like. If I bought a Hybrid it'd be a Prius. The Accord and Civic disappoint me. I just want Honda to build a real hybrid and stop making power assisted engines. (As in it should run on electricity sometimes)
