If it's the outer cv joints clicking, repacking them with grease won't stop it.
The balls in the joint have worn a groove in the outer cup, and when they cross over it when turning, you hear that click. With new grease the groove will still be there.
If the boot has torn and it's full of dirt either a new or reman axle is in order. It is by far less expensive now to get aftermarket axles then to rebuild the ones you have. The outer cv joint alone can cost a bundle. List of around $240. This is one of the few aftermarket parts that are actually a bit better to get as the oem axle shafts for all cars are HORRIBLY expensive. Like list of $570 ea.
I checked one of the online honda parts sites and found these prices, I believe they list reman honda axles at around $300, still very pricey.
There is a manufacturer of NEW, not reman shafts that sells for an average of under $100 per side for most cars. I've found them to be of good quality.
