Took my car in for a timing belt / water pump, tech said (after taking current timing belt off) that it looks ok - BUT I really need to replace that front right lower ball joint. They wanted me to pay to put the belt back together (not changing it) and pay 400 to replace lower front ball joints. That Sheila? (not intended to offend any females, just used for description) service advisor doesnt know $HIT- man I was bent, I swear they didn't do my belt. They also feel I need to purchase a new vehicle every month - lots of cold calls from sales.
