Dang, that sucks!! I'm sorry that you have that problem. AS for the warranty period, they're right. Anything that is wear and tear and alignments are warrantied for 12/12k miles. But make them do that repair under warranty because you brought it in with the exact same problem before your warranty ended. Also call the AHM hotline and complain.
