My car pulls or drifts to the left on highways regardless of what lane I'm in. It's been doing it from day one. At first I thought it was just following the crown in the road and since this is my first accord, I thought it was normal. Well about 6 months ago, I got tired of it and brought it in to have a Honda dealer look at it. I get a call saying, the car tracks fine, they adjusted the tire pressures and it's all set. I mentioned the drifting tsb but they said they didn't have the tools to diagnose it. Car still pulled after I left the dealer. wtf

Well, I brought it in again today to a different dealer because I moved. I get a call an hour after I dropped it off, the advisor said, the tech didn't notice any pulling and they adjusted the tire pressures so it should be fine now. He said, " There is also this thing called torque steer, when you accellerate.....blah blah" I cut him off and said, I know what f'in torque steer is. I told him the car drifts at highway speed when I dropped it off, how is that in any way related to torque steer?

The servce advisor said he would test drive it again and call me back. The service manager ended up test driving it and reported that the car did infact pull left. The bad news is Honda only covers work such as alignments up to 12,000miles/12monthsicon_thumbsdown.gif I'm well over that. Wtf? What pisses me off is that I did bring it in before 12K and the dealer blew me off.

I requested my service records stating that I did bring the car in before 12K and this was the second time a Honda dealer looked at my car for the drifting problem. I'm going to contact corporate Honda about this. I shouldn't have to pay out of pocket for an alignment. F-Honda

Probably my last Honda.
