Never gonna happen based on this experience. Honda acted like their hands were tied and could not do a thing. And they did not do a thing as far as I could tell.Unfortunately I felt as if I bought a $5.00 item and that I should just go back and deal with the store that sold it to me. So much for customer loyalty and the ability to make the consumer feel that they are doing everything they can to resolve your problem. So much for owning 4 Honda products since 1992. They really dont seem to know how to deal with bad dealers and have any power over their sales tactics and the unnecessary damage they do to these pristine cars from Ohio. They treat these cars like they are disposable toys.And as mentioned in other posts the salesmen all seem to convey some sort of fear if they get a bad rating when the independent survey company calls.I gave this guy and the dealership the worst rating possible.Sad, but trueand I am over it!
