It sounded like in the next few days....will see....they still owe me my Splash Guards. What a waste of time to drive there and wait an hour and a half for the wheel locks and trunk liner. I had to ask for the 4 nuts they removed...they discarded them...oh you want them Mr Customer? Ummm yeah you idiot, there mine.
I made them put a 2nd trunk liner in. The first one looked like it belonged in a different car, it was all mangled up and did not fit right. I looked at the service guy and said: "Do I Look Stupid or Something to You? Fix it!"
Man I can't wait till I am all done with them and can stick to just oil changes at my local dealer here in Hollywood. Woodland Hills Honda seems detatched and distant from their customers in all aspects of interaction.
