may i re-raise the point that the radio is not a honda unit? yes, it is in a honda, therefore honda shares the respoinsibility for it, especially while under warranty.
why not contact the manufacturer of the actual unit and complain about it's reliability and try to hold THEM accountable??
as far as i can tell, they're the ones who actually have the faulty design. honda made a bad choice in accepting the radio and using it in the cars and while the cars are under waranty, yes, they should be responsible for replacing the unit in order to keep their name up there as far as reliability.
however, once the car is out of warranty, why not also try to complain to the manufacturer of the radio itself?? they are ultimately the ones with the bad design......
