I found that Honda knows about the problem with the radio in all Accords 2003 and in some Accords 2004. They issued Service Bulletin in July 2004 that describes the problem. But they also decided not to inform owners of vehicles about the problem. Instead they wait for the problem to occur and if the car is in the warranty they would accept the cost of the repair, and if it is not they would consider to accept the cost, at least in USA, not in Canada.
