well... I'm no camera expert... but to answer ur question to the extent that I understand, is to know the composition of light in your light source... i.e. to correct for headlight and taillight, they are filament based, and you actually get a spectrum of colour coming out, but it will be red dominant. All the superwhite bulbs does is to filter out all the red frequencies, while leaving all the others so it seems white... okok.. enough physics..
the wb i would use is the filament lights filter (if ur using a point and shoot camera), and I believe they are the same on a DSLR.. in the picture I've taken above, I didn't adjust the wb, because like I said, I did it quickly. but if I had more time, i would have used the flourescent option, since I think my LEDs are the flourescent type and not true white.
