No Sunroof? 2005 EX 4cyl Accord Coupe

I currently have a 1999 EX Accord coupe 4cyl. I am looking at getting a 2005 Accord Coupe 4cyl from a Minneapolis Honda dealer- Vin is registered as an EX but this car does not have a sunroof,6 cd changer or power seats - Could they be customized like that? I assumed all EX's were better options ie: sunroof/seats 6 cd changer -I just can not figure it out Thank you!
