I just installed the Honda Music Link for my iPods in my 2005 Honda Accord V6 w/Navi. The install was pretty straight forward with the detailed instructions the dealer provided me. Honda says that it is only designed for the '06, but it works perfectly with my car. Let me know if you have any questions. By the way the sound quality is excellent.
