as i said, since around 5K seems to be the ballpark figure, it looks like, for ppl doing oil changes at 5K (like you ), rotating every oil change would work. however, for people doing severe schedule and changing oil every 3K (like me ), perhaps rotating at 6K (i.e., every other oil change) might do the trick.sorry if that was confusing--i certainly didn't imply bringing the car back a little after doing the change
