I must say our current Civic and Accord do not have rattles and squeaks. Nor does my 2000 Ranger. The norm should be a rattle, squeak free car. The worse we ever get out of our cars are cold weather matrial rubs. That vanish in a matter of seconds once under way in the cars or truck. I my self had only been in one rattle trap Accord prior to that test drive. My Aunt bought a first year 7th gen coupe. She dumped the car because of the constant rattle squeaking trouble. She turned into quite the Mitsu fan like my brother. To accept a car that rattles on a test drive is not smart. I wont have my money or car devalued right off the bat with rattles. It sounded like the passengers door and trunk was not latched. And to delude ones self with the old turn up the radio or ignore it syndrome. Is not acceptible.
