1. Yes. Pretty much plug and play. Some modding to the s2k covers needed to be done. The stock housing has one bulb for parking lights and turn signals, the Inspire housing has 2. The light sockets are from an 04 TL and from an 02 Accord. This just required soldering some wires to those light sockets and then tapping the existing wiring to power them. Other than that, it was fairly plug and play.2. One had the D2S kit, the other had the H11 Conversion kit.
