If u're gonna change the bulbs in your car, u might as well do it completely, not just partially. There's not really any point to changing any bulbs at all, except to make it look fancy, and if you say it's useless to change the vanity mirror lights, well, it's just as useless to change any other light in the car for that matter, as the blue lights aren't exactly the best for lighting... it's just for show.
