So, I went to Claire Honda (Saco, ME) last week and told them what part I needed. A younger gentleman printed out part diagrams, and I pointed out which ones they were and said they were Orange lit bulbs for the Accord coupe. Guy says "Okay, we dont have them in stock we'll put in order in for them" (4.10 a bulb)
I offer up my name, and his reply - "Don't worry about it, I'll order a bunch because I'm sure more people will be looking for it, come in Monday or Tuesday next week".
Wed: I go in and this older guy helps me out. Nice fellow, but takes him 10 minutes to bring out a parts diagram, and he brought out a Civic diagram AFTER he had written down "04 Accord Coupe v6" on a sticky note....he lost the sticky note apparently.
More waiting follows.....Finally (15 mins later) he comes back w/ an Accord Diagram....I show him the switch the bulb goes to, now 10 more minutes pass. He comes back again and asks "Was that an DX, LX, EX, V6?" I tell him V6, so 10 MORE minutes pass, and he comes back finally and says the order was never placed and he could get it in next week. I told him no thanks, and walked out.
Sorry for the rant, but it was my first time dealing w/ those guys. I had high hopes, because the chick at the service counter is hot... Anyway, looks like I'll be trying Berlin City again, or online.
