Are much faster when they ignite. They are "instantly on" as incandescent have a slow "fade in" light-up effect. So?Those fast "ignites" may cause eplieptic sezures! Are much brighter. Get noticed more. So? How much red can your retina process anyway! Are way more energy efficient. So? I was not aware that 12v systems were over taxed and did not have enough power to light a bulbLast much longer. So? When was the last time you replaced a tail light, so easy and CHEAP! Try replacing an LED panel, THAT'S expensive! They emit light of the intended color without the use of color filters. So?This requires no rebuttle except So?Being solid state components, are difficult to damage with external shock. So? When was the last time you whacked your tailight? I for one try to avoid that. If it's an accident, they are both TOAST!Can have a relatively long useful life. One report estimates 35,000 to 50,000 hours of useful life, though time to complete failure may be longer. So? For the cost difference, they should last a long time. So? Whats your point? You can't see em ANYWAY! I get this image in my mind of you hitting the brake then running to the back to see how bright, fast, long lasting and Hi Tech they look while whacking them with a baseball bat!Sorry man, just having fun... you can put the bat down now.
