my I4 EX-L has a hood liner, but also no trunk liner. i think all accords (except maybe DX?) have a hood liner. only EX-V6's get a trunk liner and Homelink.(i was going to buy the homelink module, but its $200+ )the only things the EX-L has over the EX are: leather w/ heated front seats, 8 way power drivers seat (vs. 4 way with manual height), dual zone auto climate control, standard side curtains for pre-05 and standard XM 04 and later. other than that, they are the same.
