Your car does not make 300hp and there is absolutely no way that your car makes 268hp at the hubs. I can see honda underrating the engine by a little bit, but not nearly by that much. The new SAE rating definately rates hp lower, but again, not by that much. If it made that much at the hubs, it would be significantly faster than the 7th gen 6mt's (which it is definately not). They messed up their calculations or the dyno was borked or something (whatever it is, something is not right with that run). Lets look at the dyno they did for the auto v6 which dynoed in about 10hp higher than the 7th gen if I remember correctly. Or even another dyno they did of an 08 6mt that got 239hp at the wheels which seems more in line with what honda claims and even suggests that it makes only very slightly more at the crank than honda suggests, but still no where near 268hp at the hubs. Talk about red flags. Maybe you are talking about the Accord SI though...
