Update: NEUSPEED is taking the strut tie-bar back without charging me the restocking fee. It's amazing how much differently you get treated when you talk to a different person. I although have to take the cut for the return shipping but that only cost $7 and I can deal with that. $122.95 back in my pocket...haha.
