Yep - The transferred my remaining time to my new subscription so I just got a bonus three months. FYI - When I mentioned that I wanted an invoice to be sent rather than my card be charged automatically, she said there's now a $2 invoice fee. NP . . . I'd rather that than go thru the hassle of trying to get a credit for their standard rate. But I figure if I call a month before it expires and renew it over the phone, the $2 should be a moot point anyway.
