Just call back and speak to another representative until you find one that can I personally don't see the value in XM...I like my iPod just fine. Although, that could be part of my current philosophy of "The last thing I need to do is spend more money" (The car was an early graduation gift since my old car was getting ready to call it a life) since I'm graduating from college this semester, getting married 3 weeks afterwards (That I'm paying for), and still need to find a real job
