I would disconnect the OEM tweeters. If you run the OEM tweeters with coaxials up front and three-ways in the back, your sound's going to be overly bright. I had the same speakers in my Accord. I wound up changing out the fronts to Reference components and I'll be disconnecting the OEM tweeters as soon as I get around to installing the aftermarket tweeters.
There is really no good way of getting to the OEM tweeters other than prying open the grills with something flat. Be very careful, since the dash area around the grills are actually painted.
