Mp3 format

I have a 2005 EX-L Coupe (non-nav) The CD changer in my car will not play songs in the mp3 format, however it will play discs made from mp3's by a program like iTunes or Nero and put on a CD-R or CD-RW. The easiest way to convert mp3's to the standard CD format is to use iTunes. Create a playlist then click the burn disc button and insert a blank CD. Itunes then converts the mp3 or aac file to CD format if that's what you have enabled in the burning preferences. You do lose quality by doing it this way. If you rip a CD to an mp3 then burn it as a CD you lose sound quality. It's better to use a program like Nero to make a perfect copy of your original CD to use in the car.
