My Accord was missing the navigation disc and a few other small things and they ordered everything for me, free of charge. The original owner swapped out the shift knob and pedals and I hated them. So I am getting brand new ones for free. Also I am getting floor mats as well. They are a very busy dealership, but they do take their time to please each and every customer.
