Excuse me for not clarifying my remarks. Yes they were informed during the 1st 12K. Second had the alignment checked by the dealer and an independent shop. Third, car was not obused, or in an accident. Fourth, and its just me from being around cars and other vehicles most of my life, why in the heck, knowing that these components do get out of tolerence or might wear out over time, do you not install adjustable kits in the first place? Bottom line IS the bottom line, costs. As far as how they treat their customers wrongly, simply this, Honda Corp rep was either deaf, illiterate or both. She insisted that 1.) Problem was due to changing from OEM brand of tires to another (Same Size) 2.) That the new tires were not bought and installed at the dealership. 3.) That I had replaced the stock rims with aftermarket (which I had not) 4.) That the sun rises in the west and sets in the east. Almost like talkig with: 1.) An insurance salesman, 2.) A politician OR 3.) Someone who is talking from a script on the subject and has NO technical idea of what the hell they are talking about.
