Different driving conditions

I read the alignment thread. Granted they shouldn't have given a bogus response that it was the tires, they should have flat out just said its not covered at that mileage. To my knowledge "consumable" items and adjustments are only covered for 12,000 miles (brakes, lights, alingment, battery). Something like alignment can vary wildly from different driving conditions. I've had Hondas go 30,000 miles + without an alignment and some that needed it much sooner. Unless an alignment doesn't "stick", it sounds like normal wear and tear. It doesn't surprise Honda isn't covering it.
