Thanks for all your input so far.

I looked up hub centricity too and it looks like the nissan has a larger opening than the honda- which I am assuming is good. Does this mean I will have to buy some kind of piece to fill in the gap?

Also, even if the offset is a little different, how will that drastically effect steering? I was under the impression that the wheels will only stick out a little further, which shouldn't change any of the suspension angles or steering geometry (I think). The only mechanical consequence I can think of is that there may be slightly more pressure on the distal drive components like the ball joints.

At any rate, I will test fit one wheel before I buy them. Hopefully I'll be able to eyeball anything that may cause a problem.
