Hey my first post! But anyways, I saw a 2005HondaAccord EX coupe on craigslist for a really good deal. So heres the thing. I went to go see the car and test drove it. Pretty flawless but the only thing is he doesn't have the title in hand because he hasn't payed off the car yet. So as of now he needs to pay ~$12800 to obtain the title. So how do you think I should handle this? He told me that he will pay it off with a $1000 deposit. But that seems really risky. What would you guys do?
