My Honda Accord is a lemmon? Please help.

I hope someone can help me. I feel very frustrated. I bought a pre-owned 2005 V6 Coupe Honda Accord from a Honda dealer in San Diego last Thursday for $18,777. It has 44,000 miles. Right after I took it off the lot I started hearing several kind of rattles coming from different areas of the Accord body. One of them is intermittent (it seems to be coming from somewhere near the left rear window), another seems to be coming from the front or underneath (it happens on bumps) and the other one seems to be coming from the front right door. I went back to the Honda dealer and I spoke to the sales manager but he said that I could not return the car and that I had to go to service. There, a mechanic got in the car with me and he heard the rattles but he said he was unable to diagnose them. He asked me to go back next Monday for someone else to try to diagnose them. I am financing the car and I already paid $5000 down. I purchased Honda care, which supposedly gives me 4 years of bumper to bumper warranty. I am very worried about this. Is this car a lemmon? Could it be that it was involved in an accident? I bought it as a certified Honda Accord car. I discovered something odd as well. The driver door seems to be deformed. It does not fit the frame the same way as the other door does. I checked the VIN with Carfax but it does not list any accidents. It just lists one owner who had a lease. The odd thing is that the owner returned the car over a month before the lease was over. Is that normal? Can someone please help me? The VIN number is 1HGCM82615A008497.

I would appreciate it if someone could let me know if this car could have been in an accident or something and what I should do.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Jordi
