You get what you pay for.....With Hondacare, if you have say a leaking water pump, they will not replace until it actually breaks and then if you overheat the engine and do damage, it is not covered. I'm a bit puzzled by this too.While I don't expect free repairs outside of warranty, it doesn't seem to me like the dealer is eating a lot from a goodwill repair (replacement) of the radio. Sounds to me like Honda is eating the majority of the cost here.
